CreateToken.dev is a platform that provides tools and services for creating SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain. The Service allows users to:

• •Interact with the Solana blockchain

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

4. Fees and Payments

The Service charges a fee of 0.1 SOL per token creation, plus applicable Solana network fees. All fees are non-refundable. By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fee structures may change with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CyberLink Security and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the tokens you create using the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATETOKEN.DEV, CYBERLINK SECURITY, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

• •Network congestion and variable fees
• •Smart contract vulnerabilities

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreateToken.dev, CyberLink Security, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
